Words included. langify’s paid plans include 10,000 to 200,000 free AI words, with a discount on AI translation beyond that. Unlost’s paid plans include 200,000 to 1,500,000 words a month. At about the same price, langify Growth ($29.95) includes 50,000 free AI words, and Unlost Growth ($29.99) includes 600,000 words a month for up to five languages.
Keeping up. Unlost translates new and changed content by itself within a minute, on every paid plan. langify’s listing doesn’t mention automatic translation of new content, so check this in the app if your catalogue changes often.
Where langify is stronger. Up to 20 languages from the Basic plan, translation of images and third-party apps, and a lot of control if you like to translate by hand. Unlost’s plans go up to ten languages, and more on request.

What Unlost translates
Pretty much everything a shopper reads: products with their variant options, collections, pages, blog posts, menus and policies; SEO titles, meta descriptions, URL handles and image alt texts; notification emails; your theme’s texts, including text written straight into the theme’s code, like a Custom Liquid block; and the metafields your theme shows.
All of it is saved in Shopify itself, so it stays in your store if you ever remove the app. Product names stay as you wrote them, short texts like buttons and sizes get an extra check, and anything uncertain goes to a review list. Edits you make yourself are never overwritten.
